A day with the Joner 1on1 coaches

Working with A-League professionals Emilio & Josh

Position specific training

Position specific training is a very popular choice with the Joner 1on1 Clients. We have a lot of players that are looking to improve their game and the position that they play in. For example, You would not have a defender working on loads of shooting drills, that is unrealistic when it comes to match days.

We work with the following positions:

  • Goal keepers (1)

  • Central defenders (3 & 4)

  • Full backs (2 & 5)

  • Holding midfielders (6)

  • Central midfielders (8)

  • Attacking midfielders (10)

  • Strikers (9)

  • Wide players (7 & 11)

We will develop your game in your specific position and every attribute that comes with it.
