Week 1

3 Soccer sessions
   - Master the ball 
   - Passing & 1st touch 
   - Speed & agility
   - Effective skills
   - Developing balance

3 S&C sessions
   - Football conditioning 
   - Explosive power
   - Mobility  
   - Core 
   - Detailed work outs

Notice: All sessions will last at least 1 hour. A training partner will massively help. 
Equipment needed: Cones, football & tennis ball. 

 

Week 3

3 S&C sessions
   - Football conditioning 
   - Explosive power
   - Mobility  
   - Core 
   - Detailed work outs

3 Soccer sessions
   - Passing techniques
   - Passing & 1st touch 
   - Speed & agility
   - Awareness
   - Weight of pass 

Notice: All sessions will last at least 1 hour. A training partner will be needed for week 3
Equipment needed: Cones, more than 1 football (all explained within the program) 

 

Week 2

   - Core 
   - Detailed work outs

   - Shooting / striking
   - Developing balance

Notice: All sessions will last at least 1 hour. A training partner will massively help. 
Equipment needed: Cones, footballs & tennis ball. Kettle bell, box jumps (park bench)
