This program raises the bar for the more committed footballers out there. To become a top professional in todays game, training on the field won't be enough. Speed, power, endurance, athleticism and strength combined with detailed football (soccer) sessions will take your game to a complete different level. 

The program - What is it?

  • 8 week program designed by top class professional coaches Lee Jones & Brandon Jones 
     

  • Combining S&C with football
     

  • 3x football training sessions a week
     

  • 3x football specific S&C sessions a week
     

  • Trainees will gain access to a members only Joner 1on1 Facebook page, where people can bond, interact, motivate and stay connected.   
     

What do I need?

We have tried to keep our first training program as simple as possible. You do not need fancy equipment or to be a member of a gym! If you have those, then great. However, you will need a ball and a training partner, which will massively help in many ways. You could do 80% of the sessions in your back garden but some sessions i.e striking / shooting will require a soccer field or a goal.  You may need to do some workouts at a local park if you're not a member of a gym. 

Who is it for?

This program is for players who are committed and dedicated to improve. This program would be extremely beneficial for any player, whether you're an amateur or a professional. We believe this program is suited more towards teenagers and adults.
